Due to some unfortunate circumstances, the Water Bills that would normally be mailed this past week, will not be mailed until after the first of January 2023, nor are the latest bills uploaded on our website.  So, if you would like to pay your bill now or need the amount for any reason, please call Wooster Water / Wastewater at 501-679-2048.  If that line is busy, you may call our other line for such matters, Wooster City Hall at 501-679-7504.  You may even call after hours & leave a message and someone will return your call.

NOTE:  THE CURRENT BILL THAT YOU NORMALLY WOULD BE EXPECTING RIGHT NOW IS FOR WATER THAT YOU USED FROM NOV 16 THROUGH DEC 16 AND IS DUE NO LATER THAN JAN 20, 2023 TO AVOID A PENALTY (penalty is 10% before tax).

ANYONE THAT HAS A PAST DUE BILL (the bill that was due by Dec 20th, before Christmas) MUST PAY OR MUST MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO PAY BY THE END OF NEXT WEEK, FRIDAY, JAN 6, 2023.

REMINDER:  EVERYONE HAS A BILL DUE JAN 20 (EXCEPT FOR THOSE WHO HAVE PAID EARLY OR IN ADVANCE).  YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE A MINIMUM, WHICH IS FOR YOUR FIRST 1,000 GAL OF WATER, WHETHER YOU USE THE WATER OR NOT.
