As of Thursday, March 19, the City of Wooster began operating at Level 2, restricting access to our City Hall & Water / Wastewater Department. In addition, we are following the directives of Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson, Arkansas Department of Health (ADH), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
