Effective Jan 1, 2024 Wooster Water rates have increased $1.77 due to a new state law that was passed ANRC Act 605 of 2021. A rate study is required every year with ANRC (Arkansas Natural Resources Commission). This is the remaining 3% out of 5% that Wooster Water System must recoup to stay on top of expenses.

The new minimum monthly base rates are as follows:

INSIDE CITY LIMITS = $31.02

OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS = $33.02
